I called the USA IRS (Internal Revenue Service) today Tuesday, October 25, 2011 and the talk is as follows –
When you open a CYCLIST FUEL Chapter, here are the guide lines:

Self Employed (People opening a chapter with other things in mind, ex: paint or air brush shop, restaurant, attaching high performance parts, what so ever and so on)!
Self Employed you will be using your own SSN (Social Security Number) to do business – Open up a chapter of CYCLIST FUEL!
Self Employed, it does not matter DBA (Doing Business As), your still going to have to register with the IRS or the equivalent in your country (nation) to become a chapter of CYCLIST FUEL.
Self Employed, there are two to three other ways that I know of:
A) As a local business, where you will have a bank account and get your DBA for your chapter!
B) Incorporate your business (Only 1 (one per person – CYCLIST FUEL)) in the nation, state, territory you are in!
C) A FOUNDATION, i.e.: National Reserves; Parks; Recreational Areas for Cyclist and so on!
These are the things I know from a USA perspective, however not limited to what I know until I get further educated!

Of course these are FEDERAL Guidelines and the LAWS from state to state and from nation to nation (may or will) vary.

So in short, OWNERS need to know the business of the business venture they are getting into, before anybody starts with a notion of this being a good Turnkey Business Venture /

Happy to Have Any Onboard, However a Little R&D (Research and Development) always helps people know whether a business venture is for them or not!
